I called AJC for an issue with a (very old) dishwasher. The company was very responsive (got a reply within 15 minutes). We were hoping it was just a clog, but unforntunately, it was a larger issue, and as it was a 20-25 year old dishwasher we werent going to invest anything into it. due to the upcoming 4th of July holiday, and plans for a very large family gathering that weekend we really needed something as quickly as possible- and Adam was so accommodating, offering to pick up and deliver the new dishwasher, as well as dispose of the old one. He did it before the holiday and worked around my schedule. This was overall a great experience.
