Adam came the same day I requested service to assess the problem(s). He came back the next day & fixed everything and more. He explained everything as he worked, did an awesome job & cleaned up everything afterwards. I'd definitely recommend him & his crew. I will call again when I need something fixed. I called AJC for an issue with a (very old) dishwasher. The company was really responsive (got a reply within ~ 15 minutes), and had an appointment scheduled for the next day.
We were hoping it was just a clog, but unfortunately, it was a larger issue, and as it was a 20–25-year-old dishwasher we weren't going to invest anything into it. due to the upcoming 4th of July holiday, and plans for a very large family gathering that weekend, we really needed something as quickly as possible - Adam was so accommodating, offering to pick up/deliver the new dishwasher, as well as dispose the old one - and he did it as a rush job, working around my schedule. this was overall a great experience.
